Please read this before your appointment.
A few important things to know:
Consultations cost £1 when you attend. The booking page may show £10 because this is our missed-appointment charge, not the consultation fee.
If you book a hair extension fitting, a 50% deposit is required. Your deposit may be retained if you cancel with less than 5 days’ notice, do not attend your fitting appointment, or arrive more than 20 minutes late and we are unable to carry out the service.
Please arrive with freshly washed, clean, dry hair. You may use conditioner on the mid-lengths and ends, but please do not apply conditioner, oils, root sprays or heavy styling products to the root area.
Consultations
During your consultation, we will discuss your hair, colour match your extensions, recommend the most suitable method and provide a clear quote.
There is no obligation to book a fitting.
Deposits and fitting appointments
Your 50% deposit secures your fitting appointment and allows us to prepare your bespoke hair.
The remaining balance is due on the day of your fitting.
Arriving for your fitting appointment
Please arrive on time with freshly washed, clean, dry hair.
You may use conditioner on the mid-lengths and ends of your hair, but please do not apply conditioner, oils, root sprays or heavy styling products to the root area before your appointment. This can affect colour matching and how well the extensions hold.
Colour matching
For the most natural result, your extensions will be colour matched to the bottom 5 inches of your hair during your consultation.
If you are planning to colour your hair, please do this before your consultation so we can match your extensions to your final shade.
Aftercare
We will explain how to look after your extensions at your fitting appointment, including brushing, washing, styling, products and maintenance.
Good aftercare is essential for keeping your extensions secure, comfortable and looking beautiful.
Maintenance / Refit
Maintenance appointments are essential for keeping your extensions in good condition.
As your natural hair grows, your extensions move further away from the roots. Regular maintenance allows us to remove, reposition or refit your extensions safely.
We will advise you how often to return, but maintenance is normally needed within 6–10 weeks.
