Step 2 — Attend your consultation
We will discuss the look you would love to achieve and check the condition of your natural hair to make sure hair extensions are suitable for you.
Whether you would like more volume, longer hair, or both, we will guide you towards the most suitable method for your hair, lifestyle and desired result.
One of the most important parts of the consultation is colour matching. We carefully match your natural hair to the extensions so the finished result blends beautifully and looks as natural as possible.
Once you are happy to go ahead, we ask for an initial 50% deposit to secure your service. We then prepare your bespoke hair extensions, tailored to your needs.
Step 3 — Your fitting day
Your fitting day is where everything comes together.
We carefully prepare your new hair before your appointment, so you do not need to spend longer in the chair than necessary.
On the day of your fitting, please arrive with freshly washed, clean, dry hair and avoid using conditioner or styling products near the roots, as this can affect how well the extensions hold.
The fitting process usually takes two to four hours, depending on the amount of hair required. You can sit back and relax while we create your new look.
We offer a range of extension methods, including micro rings, nano, tape and keratin bonds. We will recommend the most suitable option for your natural hair.
Step 4 — Looking after your hair
At your fitting appointment, we will provide all the information you need to care for your hair extensions at home.
We will talk you through brushing, washing, styling, products and anything else you need to know to keep your extensions looking beautiful.

Step 5 — Loyalty to your hair maintenance
Maintenance appointments, also known as refits, are essential for keeping your hair extensions secure, comfortable and looking their best.
We will advise you how long to leave between regular maintenance appointments. This usually depends on your natural hair growth, your chosen method and your lifestyle.
Maintenance appointments are normally needed within 6–10 weeks to avoid additional costs and to keep your extensions in beautiful condition.
Step 6 — Refreshing or removing your extensions
With regular maintenance, your hair extensions can last many months before being refreshed with a new set.
When you are ready to remove your extensions permanently, please contact us for an appointment. We do not advise removing extensions yourself, as this could damage your natural hair.
